Ja Morant said he couldn’t see out of his left eye while he was destroying the Warriors but nobody believes him

Ja Morant is on his way, man. He’ll be a legend before you know it.

The legend of Ja Morant just continues to grow and the dude isn’t even 22 years old yet. He already might be the best point guard in the NBA.

And in a game where we had ejections from cheap shots, bleeding eyes, middle fingers and trash talk, the dude still managed to shine with a 47-point outing with 18 of those points coming in the 4th quarter on some incredible finishes at the basket.

But like all the NBA legends before him, Ja knows what time it is. When your legend is building, you have to build it some more. And how do you build it more? Lying. Or, at least, making the truth seem a bit more exciting, anyway.

LeBron James is an absolute beast at this.

Remember when he “pretty much” played 3 NBA Finals games with a broken hand? Or just last year in the NBA Play-In tournament when he hit a game-winning shot while seeing 3 rims after being poked in the eye?

I’m sure circumstances were tough for LeBron in those instances. But this is him absolutely myth-building with these stories trying to add to his legend.

Ja Morant took a page right out of that book on Tuesday when he got poked in the eye himself. Apparently, he couldn’t see out of his left eye at all while he pieced the Warriors up for 18 points in the 4th quarter.

He got it done with just…one eye…allegedly.

“I’ve got another good eye over here. 20/20 vision right here. Thank God for my right eye.”

Bron is probably so proud right now. This kid, man. He gets it. Fans didn’t believe Morant at all here. It was pretty hilarious.
