The Iowa Hawkeyes return to action tonight as they head to Happy Valley to take on Penn State.

Iowa (13-9, 5-6 Big Ten) enters after a 79-77 win over Ohio State in Iowa City. In a game that featured 15 ties and 10 lead changes, it was the Hawkeyes that came away with a key victory.

Senior guard Tony Perkins led the way with 20 points on 6-of-12 shooting. Junior forward Payton Sandfort and sophomore guard Josh Dix each added 15 points and redshirt senior forward Patrick McCaffery was Iowa’s other double-figure scorer with 10 points.

Penn State (11-11, 5-6 Big Ten) enters having won back-to-back games and seeking a three-game conference winning streak. The Nittany Lions won at Rutgers on Jan. 31, 61-46, and then won at Indiana, 85-71.
