Winston is averaging 19.4 points per game for the season. He’ll be Purdue’s top priority on defense when the teams meet.
Meanwhile, Purdue dropped its second straight game its last time out. The Boilermakers lost at Michigan in double overtime, dropping a dramatic 84-78 affair. Trevion Williams scores 36 points in the losing effort, with Purdue falling to 9-7 on the season and 2-3 in conference action. After such a grueling game earlier in the week, Matt Painter’s team will need to rebound quickly against another tough opponent.
