Due to multiple rain delays, Day 3 of the NCAA tournament regionals was full of SEC action. Overall, it was a pretty good day as the conference went 9-3. We had to say goodbye to Vanderbilt, but a few teams punched their tickets for a Super Regional.
Tennessee, South Carolina and Alabama all went 3-0 in their regionals and now advance to the Super Regionals. Tennessee will play either Southern Miss or Penn (Auburn Regional). South Carolina will play either Florida or Texas Tech (Gainesville Regional).
Alabama already knows who it will play in the supers as Wake Forest went 3-0 and made it look easy in its regional.
