The NBA season is well underway as they tipped off the season opener on Christmas Day.
The major NBA story this year was the return of Kevin Durant to the Brooklyn Nets after tearing his Achilles in the 2018-19 playoffs, costing him a season. The former Longhorn seemingly picked up right where he left off. He has missed the last few games but in six games this year, he looks like the Durant of old.
There are a total of 11 Texas Exes playing in the league this year, some in new places. Longhorns Wire gathered updates of each former Texas player through the early part of the NBA schedule.
