Ladies and gentlemen, Alabama head basketball coach Nate Oats has done it, again.

The first commitment for Oats and the Crimson Tide basketball team for the 2022 cycle is a good one.

Jaden Bradley is a 6-3, 185 pounds PG who is currently playing his high-schools ball at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. He is rated as the No. 3 point guard in the nation, and the No. 18 overall player, according to 247Sports’ composite ranking.

Let’s get right into a comprehensive film study of this future Crimson Tide floor-general!

Height  6-3
 Weight  185 pounds
 Rating  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ranking  No. 3 PG, No. 8 Ovr.

Bradley plays what I like to call a true PG role. He is fantastic with keeping the ball moving, can dish perfect passes most of the time. Doesn’t make too many bad decisions on the floor.

His size is great for his position. Managing the game is certainly a strong-suit for Bradley, he loves to get others involved to put his team in the best position to win the games.

His straight-line speed is remarkable, and he displays solid body control. You can tell that he practices a three-man weave with his team often, he can maneuver through traffic seamlessly.

His favorite shot is from mid-range, but he can hit a three-pointer when he needs to keep the defense honest.

Bradley shows quick hands on defense, a note I would include is that he needs to improve his lateral quickness and foot-work on the defensive.

He certainly shows the potential to improve on a yearly basis, and his plateau should be good enough to earn himself a late first round to early second round selection if he were to be a one-year-and-done player. I could see him reaching the middle-first round if he can hang around for at least two years.

Overall, this get is a tremendous addition to the already very talented Crimson Tide roster.

Expect more big-time commitments from Nate Oats and Co. in due time.
