Highly-touted Ohio State transfer WR Kaleb Brown visiting Iowa Hawkeyes

Former four-star signee and Ohio State wide receiver transfer Kaleb Brown is in Iowa City for a visit with the Hawkeyes.

Could reinforcements in the passing game be on the way to Iowa City? Only time will tell, but the Iowa Hawkeyes have a high-profile transfer portal candidate in town. Ohio State Buckeyes transfer wide receiver Kaleb Brown is visiting the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Brown took to Instagram to post a short video on his story that he was inside Kinnick. Brown entered the transfer portal on May 1 and has quickly made his way to visit head coach Kirk Ferentz, wide receivers coach Kelton Copeland, and likely many more during the trip.

Brown spent one year at Ohio State with limited action and brings at least four years of eligibility should he want to take advantage of all of them. He has to be among Iowa’s top targets as they look to give new transfer arrival quarterback Cade McNamara as many weapons as possible in the passing game.

Here is a brief look at Brown’s vitals, his Ohio State career, his recruiting profile, and what he could mean for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
