The new era of Wisconsin football is here, and head coach Luke Fickell and the Badgers are fully immersed in spring practice season.
While some programs do a traditional spring game with the team scrimmaging against each other, Wisconsin football has decided to do an event they are calling “The Launch” in 2023.
According to the Badgers, the event will have a number of situations where the players are playing 11-on-11.
UW will also have an event for youth Badger fans before the event:
The Badger Kids’ Combine presented by Kohl’s will precede ‘The Launch’ and run from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the McClain Center, adjacent to Camp Randall. Kids age 12 and under will have the opportunity to test their skills in a number of fun and interactive sports-related activities. Plus, there will be giveaways galore! Camp Randall Stadium gates (1, 2 and 3) will open at 11 a.m. and a free ticket to ‘The Launch’ is required for entry to the Kids’ Combine.
