He may have just lost his mind. Former Ohio State legend Chris Spielman has been sharing some tips on his Twitter profile during the stay-at-home coronavirus measures. And yes, apparently linebackers do housework, or something close to it.
Spielman shared some tips on how to clean the floors all while practicing some linebacker drills. Click on the below, listen carefully, and look to implement these proven techniques while you are locked down at home in quarantine.
After all, as Spiels says, doing it one-hundred times or so will give you a really solid leg workout. But, just remember, keep your head and eyes up while completing the floor cleaning.
