Clemson has been active in recruiting over the past few months, and another priority 2023 recruit named the Tigers as a finalist on Thursday.
According to On3Recruits, four-star wide receiver Noah Rogers listed the Tigers in his top five, with Florida State, Ohio State, North Carolina and NC State being the other four schools. The 6-foot-2 pass-catcher is the No. 10 receiver recruit in the country and the No. 1 recruit in North Carolina, according to 247Sports Composite.
Clemson offered Rogers on Jan. 12, and if he commits, the Tigers would add to their 2023 recruiting class, which has three four-star commits, including quarterback Christopher Vizzina and wide receiver Nathaniel Joseph.
Clemson’s 2023 class is ranked No. 19 in the country in ESPN’s most recent recruiting rankings, but there is still work to be done. Rogers would be a huge addition for the Tigers, who dealt with many injuries at the receiver position last season.
