Texas’ flurry of elite offensive line commitments continued on Wednesday afternoon as they landed another top recruit at the position.
Four-star offensive lineman Malik Agbo is the latest offensive linemen to pledge to Texas. The Washington native is rated the No. 20 offensive tackle in the 2022 class and the No. 7 overall prospect in the state, according to 247sports.
He now gives the Longhorns six commits across the offensive line, and helps solidify Texas’ class as the No. 5 group in the country. Offensive line coach Kyle Flood has been on an absolute terror this past week bringing in four blue chip linemen.
Agbo announced his decision in front of his family and friends at Todd Beamer High School.

With the addition of Agbo to the already full class, it is becoming more and more likely that Texas may not be able to land another lineman like Devon Campbell. Knowing Campbell’s talent, they will likely make room for him if he chooses to want to come to Austin.
Regardless, a position group that was once a weakness is now looking like it will be the strength of the team for years to come.
