Running game issues
LSU only put up 49 total rushing yards on Saturday. Going into the game, establishing the running game was a key factor to getting a win.
Rushing for under 50 yards for the game doesn’t help the chances of winning. Sophomore stud Tyrion Davis-Price led the team with 38 yards on nine carries with one touchdown. He had a chance to get his second score of the day late in the game but got stopped at the goal line by the Missouri defense.
Moving forward, the Tigers rushing attack has to be more existent in games or the offense will continue to struggle in that aspect.
