On3 Sports has released its top 100 players as we reach the 100-day mark until the start of the college football season.
Four Longhorns made the cut for On3’s top 100.
Wide receiver Xavier Worthy, left tackle Kelvin Banks, quarterback Quinn Ewers and wide receiver A.D. Mitchell are ranked amongst college football’s elite. With four starters inside the top 100, it is easy to see the high upside for Texas’ offense.
Steve Sarkisian has put together his most complete roster heading into the 2023 season. Texas has a strong mix of star players along with the most quality depth at Texas in recent memory. The Horns have very few gaping holes in its roster on paper.
Texas even had a few players snubbed from the rankings. All-Big 12 linebacker Jaylan Ford, star tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders and physical corner Ryan Watts missed out.
