Former Tennessee wide receiver Josh Malone was signed by Green Bay in December.
He was signed to the Packers’ practice squad on Dec. 14, 2021.
Malone’s contract has expired with Green Bay.
Malone played for Cincinnati (2017-18) and the Jets (2019-20) in the NFL. The former Vol has appeared in 26 games, totaling 11 receptions, 91 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown and three rushing attempts for 14 yards during his NFL career.
Malone has returned seven kicks for 140 yards.
The 6-foot-2, 208-pound wide receiver played for Tennessee from 2014-16. He totaled 104 receptions, 1,608 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns in 39 contests.
