They say playing football at Ohio State can open up a lot of career opportunities for you. Count this one as one of those moments.
Former Ohio State and current Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa is apparently going to be in a Rocket Mortgage Super Bowl commercial Sunday evening. According to a promotion shared to Bosa’s personal Twitter feed, he’ll be appearing in a spot with comedian Tracy Morgan.
In the short promo, Bosa and Morgan have a fun back and forth to tease the spot that will air at some point during the battle between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs. We don’t know exactly when it’ll air during the game, but if you’re looking for a little Buckeye flavor during the game, stay tuned, or DVR the whole thing and search for it after.
It’s classic deadpan Bosa that you’ve been accustomed to over the years. We’ll of course share the spot when it’s available for your viewing pleasure as well. Check out the promo below.

The Super Bowl will kick off Sunday at 6 p.m EST on CBS. Bosa’s spot might be the only chance to see a former Ohio State player during the game because all of the former Buckeyes’ teams have been eliminated from the playoffs.
