Former LSU running back worth the Price of admission in 49ers preseason

Ty Davis-Price is making an immediate impact with San Francisco.

In three seasons as a running back for LSU, [autotag]Ty Davis-Price[/autotag] played in 35 games finishing with 1,744 yards on 379 carries (4.6 yards per carry) with 15 touchdowns.

Davis-Price was selected in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. He enters a very nice situation with a team that made it all the way to the NFC Championship game last season. Davis-Price was already assumed to get a lot of playing time as a rookie but plays like these only help cement that fact.

In this play, Davis-Price breaks a zone run to the outside and refuses to go down. He isn’t dealing with high school or SEC guys, he is stiff-arming and running over the best of the best in the NFL. He is running through the Minnesota Vikings as if he were playing Madden 23.

Davis-Price is just another guy on the long list of running backs that the Tigers have sent to the NFL, and he’ll hope to make an impact on one of the league’s most talented rosters.
