Hopkins went undrafted after four season at the Texas. He has worked his way into the starting role and now has secured a new deal that will keep him a Bengal through the 2022 season.
This was the first season that Hopkins has started all 15 games for the Bengals. He has played in 45 games over the last four seasons while starting 36 of them. With Hopkins locked in place, the Bengals are hoping to have protection for what is likely their first-round selection Joe Burrow.
