Steve Sarkisian and Mack Brown each spoke with the media at the Texas High School Coaches Association Convention on Sunday.
Brown shared his thoughts on the renewed Texas-Texas A&M rivalry. The former Texas head coach stated it’s one of the best games that he’s ever been involved with.
Texas running back Ricky Williams breaking the national rushing record, hardly throwing the ball in Cedric Benson’s big game and the last-second field goal by Justin Tucker are three of Brown’s favorite memories from the storied rivalry.
Fans in the state of Texas are eager to see the two programs finally take the field against each other in College Station in 2024.
