Former Auburn OL wins Super Bowl with Kansas City Chiefs

The former Auburn offensive lineman played six games for the Super Bowl-winning Chiefs this season.

The Kansas City Chiefs won their third Super Bowl title in franchise history,  and their second title in four seasons by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles, 38-35 in Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona.

Among those on the Chief’s roster is former Auburn offensive lineman [autotag]Prince Tega Wanogho[/autotag].

Wanogho, who played for the Tigers from 2015-2019, was drafted by Philadelphia Eagles as the 210th overall pick in the 2020 draft before signing with Kansas City prior to the 2021 season.

According to Pro Football Focus, Wanogho played in six games this season for the Chiefs, splitting time between left and right tackle. He took a total of 60 snaps, 45 of those being at right tackle and 13 at left tackle. He graded at 68.4 during the season.

Wanogho becomes the 23rd former Tiger to be a part of a Super Bowl-winning roster and the first since [autotag]Blake Countess[/autotag] in 2022 as a member of the Los Angeles Rams‘ roster in Super Bowl LVI.
