Florida standout offensive lineman Raynor Andrews offered by Rutgers football

Raynor Andrews was offered by Rutgers football on Thursday night.

Rutgers football has offered Raynor Andrews, an offensive lineman out of Florida who is beginning to blow-up on the recruiting trail.

Andrews, unranked by Rivals or 247Sports, has multiple Power Five offers including Colorado, Florida State, Syracuse as well as future Big 12 member Central Florida. On Thursday, Rutgers officially offered Andrews.

A 6-foot-6 and 315-pound offensive tackle from Miami Jackson High School (Miami, FL), Raynor is a class of 2024 recruit. He is an impressive recruit, who combines impressive size, reach and power along with agility.

He moves well and has the athleticism to get to the second level.

He tweeted about the offer on Thursday night, tagging Rutgers head coach [autotag]Greg Schiano[/autotag] as well as offensive line assistant [autotag]Scott Vallone[/autotag].

Raynor is a target for Rutgers as they look to rebuild their line following the hire of offensive line coach Pat Flaherty. A former two-time Super Bowl winner as a coach with the New York Giants, Flaherty was praised by quarterback Eli Manning last week for his impact in shaping the franchise’s two championship teams.

The Rutgers football 2024 recruiting class is off to a solid start and includes offensive lineman Kenny Jones, a three-star from New Jersey, who committed in November. Joining Jones this year are four-star running back Gabriel Winowich from Michigan and A.J. Surace, the top-ranked quarterback in New Jersey this recruiting cycle.
