Aubrey Hill, an assistant coach at FIU, died Sunday after a lengthy bout with cancer. He was 48.
Hill played college ball at Florida under Steve Spurrier and went on to become a graduate assistant at UF under Spurrier and was the Gators’ wide receivers coach in 2011.
Hill was in his fourth season as wide receivers coach at FIU on coach Butch Davis’ staff.
