The San Francisco 49ers (4-5) head across the country to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-7) in Week 11. They kick off at 1 p.m. ET Sunday afternoon at TIAA Bank Field. Below, we look at the 49ers vs. Jaguars odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.
The 49ers picked up their first home win in over a year, defeating the Los Angeles Rams 31-10 Monday night. It was their fifth straight win over the Rams. QB Jimmy Garoppolo threw two touchdown passes, WR Deebo Samuel had 133 total yards and two total touchdowns and the defense intercepted Rams QB Matthew Stafford twice.
The Jaguars held the Indianapolis Colts to only 295 yards but still lost 23-17 after their 9-6 upset win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 9. QB Trevor Lawrence was held without a touchdown pass for the second week in a row and has only eight touchdown passes all season.

49ers at Jaguars head-to-head
This will only be the sixth-ever matchup between the two teams. The 49ers have a 3-2 all-time lead and have won the last three matchups.
The Jaguars, though, are 2-1 at home against the 49ers.
This will be Lawrence’s first start against the 49ers, as he is a rookie, but Garoppolo has only one start in his career against the Jaguars. The 49ers won that game in 2017, and he completed 21-of-30 passes for 242 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in a 44-33 win. He also rushed for a touchdown.
