The Eagles knocked off Washington 27-17 Tuesday, pushing as 10-point home favorites. Philly is among 3 NFC teams at 7-7 but currently a spot out of the playoffs, losing a tiebreaker to the Minnesota Vikings based on best win percentage in common games.
