Fantasy start or sit Week 1: Ryan Tannehill, Anthony Firkser, Josh Reynolds

After finishing as QB7 in fantasy football in 2020, Ryan Tannehill is primed for yet another big season.

The Tennessee Titans will take the field for their first contest of 2021 against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Sept. 12, and quarterback Ryan Tannehill will look to continue what has been a productive run in Nashville the past two seasons.

In 2020, Tannehill finished as QB7, which might surprise you if you’ve bought into the hogwash narrative that he’s overrated and not that good.

In fact, Tannehill has been near-elite since taking over the Titans’ starting job in 2019 — and there’s reason to believe he’ll have his best season yet in 2021 (more on that shortly).

Two of the lesser-known fantasy options on Tennessee’s roster are tight end Anthony Firkser and wide receiver Josh Reynolds, both of whom could have decent or better fantasy value this coming season.

While we’re ready to roll out Tannehill on a weekly basis, we can’t say the same for Reynolds and Firkser at the moment. Here’s why that’s the case:
