Fantasy football draft: Where to target Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz

Analyzing Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz’s 2021 fantasy football ADP and where you should target him in your drafts.

Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz had the worst season of his career in 2020. He played in only 11 games and saw his role reduced with the emergence of teammate TE Dallas Goedert.

Ertz expects to bounce back to his production from 2015-2019 when he was selected three times to the Pro Bowl and averaged 86 catches, 914 receiving yards and six touchdowns per season.

He also has been the subject of trade rumors with teams like the Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals connected.

What does it mean to his fantasy value? Below, we look at Zach Ertz‘s 2021 fantasy football average draft position (ADP) and where you should draft him.

Where should you take Ertz in your fantasy football draft?

Ertz’s situation makes him a tough player to draft. He played in only 11 games last season, but he is only one season removed from 88 catches and 916 receiving yards. The question is: Where he will play?

If he lands in Buffalo, he has the potential to be a top tight end again.

It would be a risk to take him as your TE1. It might be worth it, but I wouldn’t make him my TE1 unless the rest of my starters are filled and no high-end tight ends are left.

I wouldn’t take him until at least the sixth round.
