RB Sony Michel

Oddly enough, this almost completely depends on his teammate in Rex Burkhead. If Burkhead plays, Sony Michel doesn’t get good looks and his totals just suffer. Burkhead is healthy right now. En route are the Cowboys as well. They’ve allowed rushing scores this year and recently with 12 in total, but it’s not enough to fully trust Michel as he’s back to the bench.

RB Kalen Ballage

Kalen Ballage salvaged himself last week with a rushing touchdown. Still, overall, the Dolphins running back was bad against a bad Bills defense. He had only nine total yards for his team and now he’s facing a much better run defense in the Browns, who’ve only allowed five running backs to score against them this weekend.

WR Randall Cobb

Over the past two games, Randall Cobb has exploded. He’s got 221 total yards and two touchdowns combined over that pair of games. However, he has the Patriots next week. That doesn’t need much explanation. Cobb might not get Stephon Gilmore on him all game, but he’s still facing a defense that has allowed one touchdown catch to wideouts this season.

WR Brandin Cooks

Brandin Cooks is returning to the lineup but it’s not a good look for him against the Ravens. Cooks himself hasn’t scored since Week 2 and the Ravens secondary has tightened things up against opposing wideouts. The forecast also is showing if the Rams are making a push to the postseason this year, it’s going to be because of Todd Gurley and the running game, not because of Cooks and quarterback Jared Goff.
