RB Derrius Guice

It could be a breakout game for Derrius Guice. Last week it appeared in his return he was slowly being brought into the offense and shared some carries with Adrian Peterson. AP will continue to get looks, but Guice could get more against the Lions, who are the 24th ranked defense against the run and have allowed the most fantasy points and 17 touchdowns to running backs this year.

WR Jarvis Landry

It’s a funny-coined term, but with an emotional player like Jarvis Landry, it holds some weight. It’s his “revenge game” against the Dolphins this week. Miami isn’t a good team, as noted. Landry will want the ball a lot against them. but he gets the ball a lot, anyway. He had seven targets last week, but had double-digit targets in three-straight games prior to that. In the last three he’s also scored in each so he’s warming up as well.

WR Jamison Crowder

Like Landry, Jamison Crowder is a target-heavy player that excels in the slot. In his last three-straight games, he’s hauled in at least five catches and like Landry, he’s scored in three games in a row. With Sam Darnold improving against a weaker schedule which includes a lackluster Raiders secondary this upcoming week, start Crowder.

QB Josh Allen

Buffalo’s offense exploded last week because of Josh Allen. He had four total touchdowns, including three in the air. But don’t fall into this trap. Allen is playing the No. 4 defense in the NFL this week in the Broncos and against the tougher competition, he hasn’t got it done yet. He might even be a drop candidate since the schedule down the stretch includes some tougher or improving defensive units.
