ESPN GameDay picks go hog wild for Arkansas over LSU

Nobody on the College GameDay crew is giving LSU a shot to knock off Arkansas this afternoon.

If you needed someone to explain to you just how different 2020 is from 2019, all you would need to be shown an image of the weekly picks from the ESPN College GameDay staff for this afternoon’s SEC battle between LSU and Arkansas.

Each member of the ESPN College GameDay crew picked Arkansas to top the Tigers this afternoon, a far cry from how things may have gone down in years past.

Former Oklahoma basketball player Trae Young was the first on the board to pick the Razorbacks. He was followed by GameDay analysts Desmond Howard, David Pollack, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso.

LSU is visiting Arkansas after having off the past two weeks due to a bye week and a postponement against Alabama. Arkansas had a slight concern about whether or not they would be able to play today due to COVID-19 issues, but the latest test results allowed Arkansas to move forward with the game.

The line swung in LSU’s favor leading up to the game. Maybe GameDay didn’t get the memo?
