ESPN ‘College GameDay’ headed to Tennessee for Texas game

ESPN “College GameDay” headed to Tennessee for the Texas basketball game.

Tennessee will host Texas Jan. 28 at Thompson-Boling Arena.

Tipoff between the Vols and Longhorns is slated for 6 p.m. EST. ESPN will televise the SEC/Big 12 Challenge matchup.

ESPN’s “College GameDay” pregame show will broadcast live at Tennessee ahead of the matchup. The show will air from 11 a.m.-noon EST.

ESPN “College GameDay” features hosts Rece Davis, Jay Bilas, LaPhonso Ellis and Seth Greenberg.

The University of Tennessee provided the following information regarding “College GameDay.”

Fans can begin lining up to be part of the live audience starting at 7 a.m. EST. UT students are asked to lineup at the student gate, while general fans will enter at Gate D. Both gates will open at 9:30 a.m. EST, and game tickets are not required to take part in Saturday morning’s in-arena festivities. Free parking will be available in the G10 garage, directly east of the arena. Vehicles must be cleared from the garage by 1 p.m. EST, with digital parking permits required for re-entry.
