Eli Manning says ‘Little Giants’ is among best sports movies of all time

New York Giants legend Eli Manning argues that “Little Giants” is among the best sports movies of all-time.

What is former New York Giants great Eli Manning’s favorite sports movie?

With so many to choose from, we finally found out during the taping of Eli’s ESPN+ show, “Eli’s Places”:

From TMZ Sports:

Eli Manning and Brady Quinn never duked it out on the football field — but the two are squaring off in a different arena — debating the best football movies of all time … and let’s just say their picks ain’t exactly shocking!

The two former NFL QB’s caught up on the second episode of season 2 of “Eli’s Places” (premieres Wednesday on ESPN+) … and went back and forth about football movies they hold near and dear to their hearts.

Quinn liked Oliver Stone’s “Any Given Sunday” and of course, “Rudy” — which took place at his alma mater, Notre Dame. He also mentioned the remake of “The Longest Yard” and Adam Sandler’s “The Waterboy.”

Manning’s choice was quite obvious: 1994’s “Little Giants,” starring Rick Moranis and Ed O’Neill.

Eli is brand-loyal almost to a fault, so it should come as little surprise he choice a Giants-related film. Quinn argued that Moranis played a better role in “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” and somehow forgot about “Ghostbusters” and “Ghostbusters II,” not to mention “Little Shop of Horrors.”
