Cox missed two days of practice with a neck injury and the team called his absence a precautionary measure.
The Packers will be without starting center Corey Linsley, who was injured his knee last Sunday night against the Bears and Elgton Jenkins is expected to start at center and rookie Jon Runyan would then make his first career start at left guard.
