The Eagles sent two coaches to Provo, Utah to watch Zach Wilson’s BYU pro day and according to Ian Rapoport, Howie Roseman was more than interested.

Rapoport is reporting that before the Eagles traded down to No. 12 with the Dolphins, Roseman attempted to trade up to No. 3 with Miami, to only target Wilson.

This goes with the Rich Eisen and Peter King report, which suggested theEagles totally covet BYU quarterback Zach Wilson and the leaked vote of confidence for Jalen Hurts is simply a ploy to quietly trade up for their guy.

Some mocks have Wilson going as high as No. 2 in the draft after a season that saw him finish the season with 3,692 yards, 33 touchdowns, three interceptions, a 73.5% completion percentage, 254 rushing yards, and 10 rushing touchdowns.
