The Philadelphia Eagles are getting healthy at the right time but could be without star defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, who missed Friday’s practice with a non-Covid-19 related illness per Jeff McLane of The Inquirer.

Prior to Friday’s illness, Cox was given a rest day on Wednesday and was a full participant on Thursday.
The Eagles are expected to get Miles Sanders, Alshon Jeffery, and Lane Johnson back for Sunday’s game against the Giants, but Cox could end up being a game-time decision.
Sanders, who has been nursing a knee issue, was a full participant at Thursday’s practice after being limited Wednesday.
Jeffery has been a full participant all week, trying to come back from a calf injury after recovering from foot surgery.
