Former Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins and receiver Terry McLaurin are living out a dream by playing together on the Washington Redskins. The duo made plenty of magic connecting on the football field at Ohio State, then the 2019 NFL Draft smiled on the teammates when the Redskins took them both.
Since then, they’ve both cracked into the starting lineup. It hasn’t always been rosy, but there have been flashes of what the two can do together in our nation’s capital.
But now they might be joined by another former Buckeye. OSU defensive end and game-wrecking expert Chase Young officially declared for the 2020 NFL Draft Friday. And many believe the Redskins will take him with the second pick if Joe Burrow is selected No. 1 by the Cincinnati Bengals.
Count Haskins as a believer in that pick.
In a not-so-subtle nod to what he wants his current team to do, the former Heisman finalist quarterback re-tweeted Young’s announcement with a “see ya soon” comment attached.
See you soon 😉 https://t.co/CLvbTZ5Q8E

It makes sense to for a Washington team that’s struggled to stop people this year. Having another edge rusher to get after opposing quarterbacks and stuff the run might just be what the doctor ordered.
If so, look for Haskins, McLaurin and Young to make house-calls in 2020.
