Duke women’s golf is headed to the NCAA Championship.

The Blue Devils finished second at the Cle Elum Regional, which concluded on Wednesday, to snag one of five spots in the national finale.

All five Duke players finished in the top 20 as individuals, including a solo sixth from First Team All-ACC honoree Emma McMyler. McMyler shot a second-round 69 and went birdie-eagle-birdie through the 13th through 15th holes during Wednesday’s final round to finish 1-under for the week.

Teammate Andie Smith finished one place behind McMyler in seventh after back-to-back rounds of 72 to open the tournament. Smith was 3-over through seven holes on Wednesday, but four birdies in her next eight holes salvaged a 71.

Katie Li, who also made the First Team All-ACC squad, and Anne Chen both finished in a tie for 13th at 5-over. Phoebe Brinker finished in a share of 19th at 7-over.

The Stanford Cardinal, a national powerhouse, ran away with the team title at 17-under, owning four of the top five spots on the leaderboard. The Blue Devils’ 1-over total did end up 11 strokes ahead of third, however.

The Blue Devils now rest up for the national championship tournament, which begins on May 17 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in California.
