Devin McCourty has a new job. However, this time, it won’t be on the football field.
It was announced on Tuesday that the former New England Patriots safety is joining NBC Sports as an NFL analyst on Football Night in America. McCourty will forge a new career path after a stellar career with the Patriots that began in 2010.
The former safety was excited by the news, as he put out a tweet following the announcement.

Now, McCourty will look to start the next chapter of his life with his playing days behind him.
A few of his former Patriots teammates hopped on social media to congratulate him on landing his first major media gig with NBC Sports.
