David Pollack’s preseason prediction can come true

Former Georgia Bulldog David Pollack’s preseason prediction on College GameDay can come full circle in the national championship

Former Georgia Bulldogs defensive end David Pollack still has a chance to correctly pick two of the most important games of the college football season. Pollack made a pair of preseason predictions on Aug. 30, 2021.

Before the start of the season, Pollack predicted Georgia would win the national championship after losing to Alabama in the SEC championship.

Pollack is a college football analyst who appears on ESPN’s “College GameDay.” However, Pollack no longer feels as confident in his Bulldogs after their loss to Alabama in the SEC championship.

Georgia Bulldog fans hope Pollack’s prediction comes true. Kirby Smart and Georgia have a big challenge against Nick Saban and Alabama.

David Pollack’s preseason prediction did not entirely work out. Ohio State and Oklahoma both missed the College Football Playoff, but the duo were good preseason picks. Nobody expected Cincinnati and Michigan to make the playoffs before the season began.

The 2021 college football season has been refreshing because the sport has been a little more unpredictable (outside of Alabama winning). Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma all missed the college football playoff. Michigan, which began the season unranked, made the playoffs  along with the first Group of Five team, Cincinnati.
