Say it ain’t so. Could a former Ohio State Buckeye move to the dark side? Apparently, Jameson Williams, who entered the transfer portal recently, is keeping the possibility open.
With a crowded room and abundance of talent in the wide receiver room at Ohio State, Williams announced he would look elsewhere for playing time this coming fall. He is the second to do so this off-season after Mookie Cooper transferred to Missouri earlier this year.
Williams shared with Allen Trieu of 247 Sports that he has narrowed his list of schools where he may attend, and there are some blue bloods on his list. Among them are, Alabama, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Florida, Michigan State, USC, and gasp… Michigan.
Williams told Trieu that he is close to making a decision that will come in a matter of days.

Buckeye Nation has been fairly gracious with those players who have transferred out of the program. Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye… right? But if Williams were to go to TTUN, it might be a different story.
We’ll anxiously await the decision and see if a little more spice gets thrown into the greatest rivalry in college football.
