Connaughton scores 20 as Bucks eliminate Bulls

Will the Bucks win the east again?

The reigning NBA champions are onto the second round after disposing of the Chicago Bulls in five games.  The Milwaukee Bucks closed the series Wednesday night with a 116-100 victory over the Bulls and now advance to take on the Boston Celtics.

Pat Connaughton came off the bench to score 20 points for the victors while hitting a playoff-high six threes in the game.

Connaughton averaged 8.2 points per game for the series while averaging over 22 minutes per night.  After a slow series start that saw him score just six points over the first two games, Connaughton scored 36 over the final three games.

Milwaukee will be at Boston on Sunday to start the second round.
