5 Points: LOSS vs. Clemson – 11/7
I’d love to be wrong about this one but aside from a win at Oklahoma in 2012 it has been close but no cigar for Notre Dame on the biggest of stages. Clemson will likely be the pre-season number one and returns as much fire-power as anyone in 2020. Until further notice I can’t pick the Irish against a marquee foe because they’ve failed to show me they deserve any other way of thinking for the time being.
