Does it feel like to you that Pitt always plays Notre Dame close? Well, that’s not just a feeling, that’s just fact. In 2012 and 2018 very average Pitt teams nearly ended perfect regular seasons for Notre Dame. Pat Narduzzi has been a thorn in the side of the Irish since his Michigan State days and I expect more of the same with Notre Dame finding a way to escape Pitt victorious.
