In what was one of the most exciting games of the year, the Indianapolis Colts (7-3) come out on top with a huge victory over the Green Bay Packers (7-3).

Quarterback Philip Rivers was monumental in securing the win, overcoming adversity, and making some big plays, especially in the second half.

Rivers finished with 288 yards and three touchdowns. While the stat line may not jump off the page, Rivers was able to do all that while dealing with a toe injury that forced him to sit out some plays in the fourth quarter.

He came back and was able to make some huge throws on third and fourth downs to help the Colts drive down the field.

Indy stays atop the AFC South at 7-3 and looks to hold off the Tennessee Titans next week at home. Hopefully, Rivers’ toe is not a cause for concern because if he plays like he did today, the Colts can make some noise down the stretch.
