The Kansas City Chiefs celebration tour is underway after winning Super Bowl LVII last Sunday. The party continues in a new venue for the franchise as their record-breaking tight end Travis Kelce adds another job to his resume.

Kelce, in a video posted on social media ahead of his Thursday night appearance on ‘The Tonight Show’ starring Jimmy Fallon, revealed an incredible new gig. Kelce announced that he will host NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” on March 4th with musical guest Kelsea Ballerini.

“I mean, growing up, I was a huge, like (Chris) Farley. (Will) Ferrell, (Jimmy) Fallon kind of guy growing up,” said Kelce. “And yeah, I used to watch Saturday night live with my mother. And it’s an absolute honor and a privilege to be hosting SNL on March 4th.”

“I am so nervous for that”, said Kelce after a loud applause from the studio audience.

Kelce has shown to have a knack for getting parties started and providing entertainment. The All-Pro tight end has been mentioned in the past in regards to hosting duties alongside teammate Patrick Mahomes by current cast member and Chiefs super fan Heidi Gardner. He previously starred in a dating reality show for the E network called ‘Catching Kelce’ in 2016.
