There has been a cloud of mystery surrounding Kadarius Toney dating all the way back to the offseason. Questions of whether he can stay healthy and produce like a true No. 1 wide receiver have been legitimate concerns.
After a disastrous Week 1, Toney’s usage has been sparingly at best. Taking it easy with him is probably best for now, but eventually, the Chiefs will need him to step up and be a significant playmaker if they’re going to improve offensively and make another championship run.
