By one estimation the Celtics will have among one of the most favorable schedules in the league in terms of difficulty of opponents.

The Boston Celtics were absolutely gassed by the time they got to the 2022 NBA Finals, losing to the Golden State Warriors in six games with little left after a brutal journey through the top Eastern Conference seeds just to make the league’s biggest stage.

But the Celtics may have received some positive news when the NBA released the schedule for the 2022-23 season. League analyst Ed Kupfer recently shared that by his estimation the Celtics will have among one of the most favorable schedules in the league in terms of difficulty of opponents.

Per Kupfer, Boston has the fourth-most easy strength of schedule for the 2022-23 season, behind only the Minnesota Timberwolves, Los Angeles Clippers and Milwaukee Bucks.
