Titans’ Will Levis featured in funny Hellmann’s mayo commercial

Titans QB Will Levis has signed a lifeftime deal with Hellmann’s mayonnaise.

Before he was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2023, former Kentucky quarterback Will Levis got plenty of attention (and rightly, criticism) last summer when he was captured on video putting mayonnaise in his coffee.

But it looks like the Kentucky product will have the last laugh, as Levis has signed a lifetime deal with Hellmann’s that will get him all the mayo he can handle. And, oh yeah, he’ll probably make a few bucks from it, too.

“That video went viral, and I raised some eyebrows from that,” Levis told Tyler Dragon of USA TODAY Sports. “From there, mayonnaise has been irreplaceable with me and my brand. Must have caught the eye of the people over at Hellmann’s and it’s turned into this which is pretty cool.”

On Tuesday, Hellmann’s released a funny commercial featuring the Titans quarterback. You can check it out below.

As someone who drinks their coffee black, it appalls me to see this. However, I can live with it as long as he’s throwing touchdowns and winning games for the Titans.

Levis is currently in the midst of a battle for Tennessee’s backup quarterback job with second-year signal-caller, Malik Willis.

Both quarterbacks will have one more chance to show their stuff in live-game action on Friday in the preseason finale on Friday, although it isn’t clear if Levis will play, as he’s dealing with a lower-body injury.

Titans players afraid to impersonate Mike Vrabel: ‘Hell no’

Titans players were asked to impersonate head coach Mike Vrabel for his birthday on Monday, but many were afraid to.

The Tennessee Titans found a unique way to celebrate the birthday of their head coach, Mike Vrabel, which was on Aug. 14.

It’s no secret that Vrabel is known to carry himself as a true alpha who doesn’t take crap from anybody.

Even former players such as Taylor Lewan and Will Compton frequently joke around on their podcast, “Bussin’ with the Boys“, about how they still get nervous around Vrabel, even though they aren’t on the team anymore.

Vrabel’s intimidating presence led to a funny video on Monday afternoon, as players and staff were asked to do an impersonation of their head coach for his birthday.

Titans general manager Ran Carthon hilariously stated that, “nobody’s touching that” as he walked by the camera, and nearly every player took the safe road, opting to ignore the request and/or simply wish him a happy birthday.

Only Mason Kinsey, Kearis Jackson, Derrick Henry, Teair Tart, and Jeffery Simmons took advantage of the opportunity to make fun of their head coach. While Henry, Tart and Simmons are of course safe, Kinsey’s and Jackson’s road to make the roster probably just got harder.

You can find the video in its entirety posted below by the Titans’ official X account.

Watch: Titans rookies sing ‘Lean on Me’ to rest of team

After a recent practice, Titans rookies were tasked with singing “Lean on Me” to the rest of the team.

Training camp is often known for being a stressful grind that consists of ridiculously long days for the players and coaches.

In the process, there are some memorable team-building activities amidst all the hard work, sometimes coming at the expense of the rookie players on the team.

The Tennessee Titans recently gave us a glimpse into those moments that aren’t usually seen by the public.

It appears at some point during or after practice, the team collectively stopped what it was doing to gather around a flock of rookies who were bunched together in the middle of the field.

The first-year players then did their best to give an adequate rendition of Bill Withers’ classic song, “Lean On Me”.

While this group of rookies won’t be auditioning for “America’s Got Talent” anytime soon, they did at least get some laughs from their fellow teammates and coaches.

You can watch the video, which was posted by the Titans’ social media team, in its entirety below.

Watch: Titans highlights from first week of training camp

The Titans released a highlight package from the first week of training camp.

The first week of training camp for the Tennessee Titans is officially in the rearview mirror. As you would expect, it was largely a mixed bag of results; however, there were a lot of encouraging developments throughout the week.

More specifically, the Titans’ defense is healthy and appears to be flashing signs of returning to the dominant unit from 2021.

Ryan Tannehill and DeAndre Hopkins are improving their connection by the day, and Treylon Burks continues to show flashes of a potential breakout on the horizon.

The Titans’ official Twitter/X account recently released a highlight package of the team’s first week of training camp, and you can see glimpses of some of those very developments that have garnered a lot of hype as of late.

Outside of those mentioned above, some of the other Titans players shown in the video include Kevin Byard, Kyle Philips, Jeffery Simmons, Derrick Henry, Malik Willis, Will Levis, Colton Dowell, Caleb Shudak and a handful of others.

See it: Titans’ Azeez Al-Shaair crashes Arden Key’s post-practice presser

Azeez Al-Shaair crashed Arden Key’s post-practice presser on Tuesday. Now he needs to try that during one of head coach Mike Vrabel’s.

In what came out of nowhere, Tennessee Titans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair and outside linebacker Arden Key provided one of the funniest moments of training camp after practice on Tuesday.

During Key’s press conference, Al-Shaair snuck his way into the media area and waited patiently for his turn to ask a question. Once it was his turn, Al-Shaair used the opportunity to jokingly take a shot at Key.

The Florida Atlantic product essentially asked Key why he no longer has the love handles around his stomach.

While trying not to laugh, Key explained how it was mainly his offseason grind and dedication to the work he put in with his personal trainer that ultimately led to his noticeable physical transformation.

It was cool to see Al-Shaair add a little levity to a post-practice presser, but we’d really be interested to see him do that during one of head coach Mike Vrabel’s.

As you may or may not recall, the Key and Al-Shaair were in San Francisco together back in 2021. During that time, Key admitted that he weighed around 280 pounds and was rather “fat” during his stint with the Niners.

Obviously, the two defenders have a strong relationship and Al-Shaair was just pulling Key‘s leg, but it’s probably not a coincidence that the Titans’ newest pass-rusher has started to perform at higher levels ever since taking his physical conditioning more seriously.

Over the last two years, Key has tallied a combined 90 pressures, 25 quarterback hits and 11 sacks, all while being limited to a rotational role.

Let’s hope Key‘s physical refinement continues to lead to improved production now that he’s taken his talents to Tennessee, where he’s expected to play the biggest role of his career.
