The Arizona Cardinals bested the formerly first place New York Giants last Sunday highlighted by a record-setting day for Haason Reddick. The Cardinals offense appeared to finally find its groove after a frustrating three weeks.
This week, the Philadelphia Eagles come to town. The Cards outclass the Eagles in most statistics, but they will not be facing the traditional 2020 Philly team. Rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts made his first start last week, doing enough to beat the previously No. 1 seeded New Orleans Saints (albeit without Drew Brees). The team as a whole appeared to rally behind their young signal-caller and play much better.
It certainly couldn’t come at a more crucial time for the Cardinals, who must keep winning with the Vikings and Bears not far behind in the playoff hunt. Let’s dive in.
