Cardinals have 4th pick and 19th or later in 2024 draft

The Cardinals locked up the fourth pick of the draft but their pick from the Texans is to be determined.

The Arizona Cardinals, with their 21-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday to end their season at 4-13, did not lose any ground in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft.

While they were 4-13 like the Washington Commanders and New England Patriots, their strength of schedule was higher, so their selection is behind both teams.

They will select fourth in the draft.

They also own the Houston Texans’ first-round pick. That pick is undetermined still because they made the playoffs.

The highest their pick will be is 19th.

If they lose their first-round matchup against the Cleveland Browns, they will select somewhere between 19th and 24th overall. Picks No. 19-24 are the losers of the wild card round in reverse order of record.
