Calvin Johnson bizarrely waited nearly 3 years to respond to a congratulatory Lions post on him

Did Calvin Johnson wait until the Lions won the NFC North to respond?

We need more info on this, because it’s just too weird.

Calvin Johnson, the legendary Detroit Lions receiver who’s also a Hall of Famer, retired back in 2016 at the age of 30. It was in January of 2021 that the Lions publicly congratulated him on being a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

But it was on Sunday that he decided to go on X (formerly Twitter) and say thank you to the organization, nearly three years later. What gives?

A lot of people are wondering if he waited until the Lions won the NFC North, which they did on Sunday. Was it a superstitious thing? Like I said, we need more info!
