Bulls’ Dalen Terry, Justin Lewis pulled up to support the Chicago Sky

Chicago Bulls rookies Dalen Terry and Justin Lewis on Tuesday were among those on hand to watch the Chicago Sky host the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup championship.

The Commissioner’s Cup is an in-season tournament in which each team plays 10 designated games toward the event. The Sky and Aces, as the two teams with the top cup records from each conference, advanced to face off in the second annual championship.

Unfortunately, Terry and Lewis weren’t treated to a Sky celebration.

Kelsey Plum scored a game-high 24 points and A’ja Wilson had 17 points, 17 rebounds and six blocked shots to lead the Aces to the 93-83 win. Candace Parker recorded 20 points and 14 rebounds while Kahleah Copper and Emma Meesseman each had 18 points for the Sky.

Each Aces player was rewarded with $30,000 for winning with the Sky receiving $10,000.

Terry and Lewis, who were also joined by Javonte Green, each took some time to support their hometown team on Tuesday. Terry also took in a Chicago White Sox game earlier this month and had the opportunity to throw out the first pitch.

Terry, the 18th pick last month, turned in a strong run with the Bulls in the Las Vegas Summer League, averaging 11.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists in five games. Lewis, who is signed to a two-way contract, posted 7.6 points and 4.4 rebounds in five games.
